My first blog post
People have been telling me for ages I should create a blog. So here I am. This is it, my first ever blog, a place to write all those things the newspapers I work for don’t want to print or things that get edited out of my books or just daily news. Right now I am in England on a publicity tour for my latest book, Ciao Bella. I’m having a lovely time, staying with friends, the sun is shining and we’ve just eaten roast beef and yorkshire pudding. A perfect world. But is it? The friends I’m staying with want to move to France. And I read in yesterday’s paper that while 1500 immigrants are flooding into Blighty every week, 1,000 Brits are leaving.
Should you stay or should you go? Is England really over as we knew it? Tell me your views….

How many leave France every week? Most of them seem to be in London and Dublin.
